In this weekend workshop we will take a deep dive into the heart of transforming our relationship with our Inner Critic and opening our hearts to enhanced levels of healing. Identifying your Enneagram type-specific Inner Critic patterns and the equally important other-sources of Inner Critic messages, you'll experience a deepened awareness of the unconscious and hypnotic power of the Inner Critic and will be empowered to take skillful action to reduce its intrusions. You will learn how to discern the difference between the shaming, blaming, scaring, heart wounding Inner Critic voice and the Voice of your Inner Wisdom. 

Whether you are a seasoned Enneagram student or a newcomer, this workshop will provide an immense opportunity for inner growth.
